I am a 22-year-old self-taught Australian Adventure Photographer, based in the Blue Mountains, NSW. I first picked up a camera at age 14. I began work experience at age 16 for a Sydney Production company and have since then invested myself in this industry that I’m very passionate about whilst being fortunate to work with incredible athletes and famous personas.
My goal as a photographer is to capture events, people and places that the world has never seen and to provide the opportunity to share these images with those who are not so fortunate.
I believe my images are punctuated by exhilarating landscapes and moments of action or ecstasy, by adventure seeking and the lifestyle that results. With the mountains as my main muse, I aim to consistently capture this subject in ever-lasting and extensive photographic impressions, utilizing the tools of nature to approach the world’s complex personality and then extending out to include the human personalities that draw meaning from this same source.
I am constantly searching for wild, remote destinations and offbeat landscapes, I aim to expose the humble placement of the human in contrast to nature’s magnificence.
My work has been featured in various publications both Print and Online including National Geographic Adventure, Rock and Ice, Climbing Magazine, Alpinist Magazine, Vertical Life, The Climber, D-Photo, Capture Mag and Wakeboarding Magazine among many others.
I was also awarded:
-New Zealand Geographic Young Photographer Of The Year 2017
-Australia’s Top Emerging Photographer 2017 – Sport Category (Capture Mag)
-Youth Champion for the NZAC Photographic Competition 2017 & 2018
